Ten minutes, honestly.
The useful answers are the uncomfortable ones. Nobody’s grading your grammar, and what you write here is read by me and nobody else.
What happens next
- I read it. Usually within two days.
- If it looks like a fit, you get an email with times for a call.
- If it doesn’t, you get told that — with why, and where to look instead.
- The call is forty-five minutes and you’ll get something useful out of it either way.
- Afterwards, a written plan and a price. Then you decide, in your own time.
Don’t bother if
- You want the price before you’ll have a conversation. It doesn’t exist yet.
- You’re hoping to be talked into it. If you need convincing, it’s not the moment.
- You want someone to do it for you. Nobody can sleep on your behalf.
- You’re in a genuine crisis. That needs a doctor or a therapist, and it needs them first.
