Template wording. Have a lawyer review it, and fill in the business address and contact email before launch.

What is collected

When you apply: your name, email, phone number, timezone and the answers you give on the application form. Some of those answers describe your health. That information is treated as sensitive and is only ever read by me.

When you become a client: your billing details, your check-in entries — which may include weight, sleep, training and how you say you are doing — any messages you send, and your call bookings.

Automatically: standard server logs, and a session cookie so the site can keep you signed in.

When you use the pop-up form: your first name and email address, plus the page you were on, the date, and your IP address at the time.

What it is used for

Deciding whether coaching is a fit, delivering it, taking payment, and contacting you about your own engagement.

Email

Putting your email into the pop-up form adds you to the coaching email list. That is stated in plain words directly under the button before you send it, and the exact wording you were shown is saved alongside your entry with the date, so there is a record of what you actually agreed to.

You will get coaching emails — writing, occasional offers, and news about the programs. Every one of them has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and using it takes effect immediately and permanently.

Unsubscribing from the list does not affect anything to do with your own coaching. Clients still get everything about their own plan — check-in replies, call confirmations, payment receipts — because those are not marketing.

The list is not sold, rented, shared or swapped, with anyone, ever.

What is never done with it

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Applying does not put you on a marketing list. Your check-in entries and messages are not published, quoted or used as marketing without your explicit written permission.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the business: the website host, the email service that delivers transactional email, and Stripe for card payments. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach this website.

How long it is kept

Applications that do not lead to coaching are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client and for [X] years afterwards, so there is a record of what was agreed and paid.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [contact email] and it will be dealt with within a month.

I read every application myself. If it is not a fit I will tell you that, not sell to you.
