A year is long enough to go through something. A bad quarter, a business that nearly goes under, a diagnosis, a marriage that needs saving or ending. Twelve weeks of coaching cannot hold any of that. A year can.
What is different at this level
Mostly, access. There is no monthly call allowance to ration, so you are not saving your problem up until Thursday. If it is Tuesday and it matters, you call.
Two days in person, planned around what you are actually doing rather than a fixed agenda. Sometimes that is a training day. More often it is a whole day with the whiteboard and the numbers.
Who it is not for
Anyone who wants to be able to say they have a coach. You will be asked hard questions about your marriage, your drinking, your spending and what you have been avoiding. If that sounds like more than you signed up for, take the Inner Circle instead. That is not a downgrade; it is the right size for most people.
