Questions

The ones everybody asks.

If yours isn’t here, put it on the application and I’ll answer it on the call.

Why isn't there any pricing on the site?

Because the honest answer is “it depends”, and a price list would make that a lie. Eight weeks of habit work and a year of unlimited access are different jobs. What you’d pay depends on which one you actually need, how long it runs, and how you want to pay for it. You get a written price after the call, terms on the same page, no pressure attached.

Why should I listen to you?

Fair question, and you should be asking it of everyone selling this. There is no system here that nobody else has. What there is: a long stretch of getting it wrong, a longer one of getting it right, and enough reps since to work out which of those you are in within about ten minutes. The About page is the honest version. Read it and decide for yourself.

Is this a fitness thing or a money thing?

Health first, always — but they’re not separable in practice. Nobody has a purely physical problem. The reason you hit the drive-through on the way home is the same reason the card came out on a bad Tuesday. I start with the body because that is where the energy comes from, and everything else needs energy.

Do I need to be in decent shape to start?

No. Most people start in the worst shape of their life, which is usually what finally makes them apply. The training gets built around your actual body, your actual schedule and your actual injuries.

Is this financial advice?

No, and it isn’t budgeting either. I am not a licensed adviser, I am not going to look at your bank account, and I will never tell you what to invest in.
What actually happens is you say out loud where it’s going — the drive-through five days a week, the delivery apps, the four subscriptions you forgot about, whatever you bought because it had been a bad week — and you get told to cut it out. That’s it. It’s the same conversation as the food, because it’s usually the same receipt.

How much time does it take?

Three to four hours a week including training, plus fifteen minutes for the check-in and the call. If you can’t find that, say so on the application — it’s a solvable problem, but it has to be solved before you start, not discovered in week two.

What if it isn't working?

Say so, early. Something gets changed — usually the plan, occasionally the goal. What doesn’t happen is you quietly falling off and disappearing. If it turns out to be genuinely the wrong fit, you’ll be told that rather than carried.

Can I pause?

Yes. Life happens — surgery, a newborn, a business on fire. Pausing is fine and it beats white-knuckling through a month you’ll get nothing out of. Just ask.

Is any of this medical?

No. This is coaching, not medicine, therapy or licensed treatment of any kind. If you have a condition, take medication, or something in a check-in looks like it needs a doctor, you’ll be told to go and see one. That’s not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page — it’s how it actually runs.

Question not answered?

Leave your name and email and ask it in the reply. I read those myself.

You already know what needs to change.

I read every application myself. If it is not a fit I will tell you that, not sell to you.
